Kerrianne Bonwick - Managing Director
Kerrianne is Managing Director and Principal of Urban Economics. Kerrianne has 17 years experience in consulting to the property sector, and has specialised in the provision of consulting advice to the retail, residential, retirement, office space and industrial sectors.
Anthony Meulman - Senior Consultant
Anthony is a Senior Consultant with Urban Economics, commencing in 2001 as a Research Analyst and subsequently promoted to Senior Research Analyst, Consultant and Senior Consultant.
Seema Patel - Senior Research Analyst
Seema brings to the Urban Economics team a wealth of experience in economic research, modelling and assessments. Seema holds a Masters in Business Economics from the University of Queensland and a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Wayne State University, Michigan USA. Previously employed in positions at Maunsell AECOM and Getinsa, Seema has applied a range of cost benefit analyses, statistical analysis and social impact assessments to a range of development projects including inputs to transport modelling teams for major projects such as the Ipswich Motorway and Hamilton/Eagle Farm Transport Investigation. Seema enjoys the application of economic and financial analysis to research projects as part of a dynamic team of professionals.
Tracey Fletcher - Research Analyst
Tracey became part of the Urban Economics team in 2006, working part-time as an Administrative Assistant and subsequently as Personal Assistant to the Directors. With a keen interest in research and analysis supported by her qualifications in International Business, Tracey was promoted to the role of Research Analyst, commencing July 2010.
Ben Hanley - Research Assistant
Ben had joined the Urban Economics team on a part-time basis completing his last semester of his Bachelor of Business, with a double major in Real Estate and Property Development. Ben has a keen interest in the application of research tools to the property development industry. Ben enjoys active commitment to the property sector and is the current President and Founder of the Griffith University Real Estate and Property Students Association (REPS) and the Griffith University Relations Director for the Urban Development Institute of Australia (QLD - Gold Coast) Urban Edge newsletter - 'The Scene'.
Olivia MacKenzie - Admin Assistant
Olivia became a part of the Urban Economics team this year in July 2010, working full-time as an Administrative Assistant and also studying to complete the Certificate III in Business Admin. With a keen interest in customer service and business, Olivia is the first port of call for any queries regarding Urban Economics. Olivia has also completed a Certificate I in Hospitality.
